1. Nicole meets Tina


Next week on Casualty, Nicole heads to Newcastle to get to the truth of her mysterious childhood, while Flynn meets a familiar face, and Rash is conflicted about how he responds to Sunny?s request.

Having decided to seek answers about her childhood, Nicole heads to Newcastle and arrives at the house of her biological mother, Tina. But when Tina answers the door, she mistakes Nicole for a district nurse and welcomes her inside. Nicole decides to play along and ends up tending to Tina?s mum Ruth ? who she realises is her nanna.

2. Flynn meets a face from his past


Flynn has vowed to act as an advocate for Cassie, who remains in intensive care, with Nicole away and no next of kin available. But when Cassie?s birth mum arrives at the ED, Flynn is forced to explain to her about her estranged daughter?s prognosis.

To distract himself, Flynn flirts with ICU doctor Lauren ? but he is left shocked when Lauren says she knows him from somewhere. Flynn draws a blank, but after a very fraught series of events, he suddenly recalls why he remembers her. Who is Lauren, and what is Flynn hiding?


3. Nicole gets found out


As Nicole explores Tina?s house, she gets flashbacks to her childhood. The location triggers a memory of being locked in a room surrounded by needles, and she realises that she must have been taken into care because her mum was a drug addict. But before Nicole can get answers, Tina realises she lied about her identity and kicks her out of the house.

4. Rash is torn


The ED is under pressure when a large number of overdose patients from a Pride event are admitted to the hospital. Things get worse for Rash when he gets a visiting order from Sunny ? and later hears that she hasn?t yet told the police what she knows about the gang.

He tries his best to distance himself from Sunny and her crimes, even putting on a brave face when a reporter accosts him for a quote about the case. But will he change his mind about paying her a visit?


5. Ngozi has news


Still upset from what happened with Tina, Nicole speaks to Ngozi on the phone. Ngozi has some big news that makes Nicole want to rush back to Holby, but Ngozi insists that she should stay in Newcastle overnight.

Nicole grows even more determined to get to the truth about her past, so the next day she turns up at Tina?s house again and begs her mum for time to talk properly. Will Tina give Nicole a chance?
