I am better, thank you. Had one neighbour that was not so pleasant for me, Spanish families look after their loved ones for a lot of things in hospital, nurses do the medical care. They also tend to stay over night sleeping in an armchair, the tv went off at 1.30am and at 4am the snoring started. For some reason I was moved into another room for the rest of my stay ( I was moved 3 times for no apparent reason to me) and that was a pleasant neighbour, family members stayed the night but the tv went off at around 11pm and the snoring was not loud. Dolores is 73 years old and had 8 kids :O, it was lovely to see her having many of them come and visit during the day

My wife had a short stay in a hospital in Lanzarote some years ago. That was a two bed ward. Just as you say, her "neighbour" was visited by the whole family at one time. There seemed to be hundreds of them! They were quite noisy but very friendly and weren't too much trouble.
