Home and Away spoilers: Will Remi ruin Kirby's big day?
    Red carpet chaos.

    https://www.nowtolove.com.au/enterta...launch-ruined/

Kirby's album launch is finally here. But as the red carpet rolls out for the singer and her adoring fans, one person is missing: Remi.

In recent episodes of Home And Away, Remi (Adam Rowland) has struggled with the work involved in producing albums for both Kirby and Avalon. So, he turned to Avalon (Gemma Dart), who offered him pills to help 'get through'. But this week, the side effects are causing more harm than good - especially when he has Kirby's recording and he's nowhere to be found.

"Remi has such a small window of time to finish the album and the only way he thinks he can do that is with stimulants to keep him awake," Adam tells TV WEEK.

Determined for the event to go smoothly, Justin (James Stewart) doesn't let slip that Remi is missing and ushers in the guest of honour. The turnout is more than they expected thanks to a shout-out from pop sensation Avalon, and Kirby laps it up, posing for the cameras. Meanwhile, Sonny ticks off the guest list, which includes three producers from Melbourne who heard about the launch.

After several calls, Remi finally answers his phone, barely keeping his eyes open after pulling an all-nighter to finish the recording. But he quickly tires of Justin's demands and hangs up, before collapsing on the bed!

"He sees this as a short-term solution and no-one needs to know," Adam says of Remi's desperate choices to pursue his passions. "[He believes] it won't be a problem."

Meanwhile at the launch, Remi's girlfriend, Bree (Juliet Godwin), shares her worries with Eden (Stephanie Panozzo) and Dana (Ally Harris). Overhearing their conversation, Justin orders Sonny (Ryan Bown) to find Remi - now.

Arriving at his house a short time later, Sonny finds his friend crashed out on the bed with an empty sachet of drugs next to him. What has he done?

    Also This Week...

Still in recovery from his near-fatal assault at the hands of the River Boys, Theo is targeted once again this week. Will he be OK?

Loved-up and looking to move on with their lives, Theo (Matt Evans) tells Lacey (Sophea Pennington) he's ready to sell his car and the bad memories that come with it.

"Theo has definitely been through a lot with the River Boys and I think it has made him stronger and only solidified his feelings for Lacey,' Matt explains.

His car ad is quick to attract buyers, with the highest bidder wanting to pay in cash. Lacey is suspicious, but Theo, eager to be rid of debt, makes the deal.

But what seems an easy transaction is anything but when he?s jumped on his way to the bank. With one punch, Theo is knocked out cold and the backpack of cash stolen. Ouch!

    TV WEEK articles:

    "The Hard Truth
    Roo Struggles To Face Cohen

How do you tell a young boy that his mother can't - and won't - care for him anymore? The heartbreaking truth riddles Roo with guilt this week as her new foster child begins asking questions.

In recent episodes, Cohen (Nathan Murray) was taken into foster care after his mother, Samantha (Heidi May), was arrested for theft, among other crimes. Sergeant David Langham (Jeremy Lindsay Taylor) asked Roo (Georgie Parker) to take him in temporarily.

Now, Samantha has opted to relinquish care and Cohen is none the wiser. He's even written her a letter and is eagerly awaiting a response (which will never come). Roo debates how to tell him the truth, worried about how it will affect him but also how it will impact the rapport they have built.

"At first, Cohen was wary, because he was never able to live in a house before, but after seeing how kind, warm and welcoming Roo was, he has begun to trust her," Nathan tells TV WEEK. "But he keeps asking [about his mum]."

Meanwhile, the search for Cohen's family has come up empty, as Cash (Nicholas Cartwright) tells Roo. And to make matters worse, his grandmother has passed away. Roo could be his only hope! "

" 'How Could I Do This?'
Irene's Terrifying Moment With Baby Archie

With a handbag in hand, Irene prepares to go to work. But as she turns the doorknob to leave, she hears a loud cry. Bewildered, Irene waits until she hears it again. Suddenly, she realises baby Archie is in the house with her alone...and she had no idea.

The frightening realisation comes in the wake of Irene's (Lynne McGranger) many mishaps of late which, at first, involved little things like forgetting to turn the iron off or skipping dinner plans with John (Shane Withington). Then, it got worse and Irene would arrive somewhere with no recollection as to why she was there.

For weeks Irene has fobbed it off. But looking down at baby Archie, she fears what could have happened this time. How could she forget she was babysitting?

John answers Irene's call for help and arrives to find his friend in distress. After some coaching, she relays the incident and finally admits she doesn't know what's wrong: "I need help," she says tearfully.

    Poor Irene! "
