EastEnders' Elaine Knight is headed for heartbreak next week, after she starts to suspect husband George is cheating on her.

George and Elaine's marriage hit the rocks after he helped ex-wife Cindy Beale with the relaunch of The Albert ? but as the ice begins to thaw, Elaine decides to surprise her
Their touching moment is soon shattered when Junior Knight shows up and reveals that George visited his ex, Junior's mum Sabrina, on Christmas night ? and George admits that she kissed him.

"George insists that he rejected Sabrina's advances, but Elaine's not convinced," says our Walford insider. "This is another blow after the Cindy drama, and she struggles to cope with the fact that his flirtatious exes keep trying to dig their claws in."

Devastated Elaine can't believe that George has lied again, so she throws her husband out. George makes a beeline for Junior, but instead finds the open arms of Cindy, who offers him her shoulder to cry on.

Just as Elaine goes to look for George, she spies him up on The Albert balcony with his arms around his conniving ex.

Wounded Elaine retreats to the caf? to collect herself, before returning to The Albert ? only to be informed that Cindy and George left together looking cosy.

Elaine calls a friend to come and meet her, and while she waits, she's chatted up by a mysterious punter named Stephen. His smooth moves are halted by the arrival of Drew Peacock, with actor Paul Clayton reprising the role he played back in November.

Elaine's late husband's secret lover gives Elaine a much-needed pep talk, and taking his advice to heart, she makes a spontaneous decision.

"Linda's father John cheated on Elaine with Drew," our source recalls, "but she now feels she has no choice but to lean on her old adversary. Will Drew's advice pay off?"

Later, Elaine Peacock, Yolande Trueman and Kat Slater gather for a drink to have a gossip about their love lives, amid the fallout of Kat and Alfie Moon's wedding day.

But when Elaine says something that gives the others pause for thought, what has she revealed? And could it be the end for her and George after less than a year of marriage?

EastEnders' Kat Slater and Alfie Moon are preparing to tie the knot again next week, but things go very wrong when Kat calls off the wedding.

The pair have been on cloud nine since their whirlwind engagement, but as the big day approaches, cracks begin to show, thanks to son Tommy's antics and a series of stressful misunderstandings. Will they manage to get hitched?

The lead-up to the big day is overshadowed by the shocking discovery Kat made on Alfie's laptop. The bride-to-be found a sexually explicit video but doesn't realise it was Tommy who downloaded it ? after Joel Marshall encouraged him to use Alfie's credit card to make the purchase.

Concerned Kat confides in Jean Slater, sharing her worries that Alfie is secretly watching adult entertainment because they're still struggling to be intimate after his cancer treatment.

"Alfie gets some words of wisdom from Kim," explains our insider, "and sets the scene for a romantic meal ? but Kat arrives home in full seduction mode. Alfie is taken aback by this surprise, so Kat is left humiliated and storms out."

Instead of reigniting the passion in their partnership, crushed Kat feels even more distant from her fianc?. But after Alfie seeks advice from Patrick Trueman, the couple soon get their relationship back on track.

During a frank chat, Kat confronts Alfie about the explicit video, but he has no idea what she is talking about. Finally untangling the crossed wires, they work out Tommy was responsible for downloading the clip.

As the wedding day dawns, Alfie promises to have a word with Tommy, but he soon gets distracted when preparations for the ceremony go awry.

"The wedding seems cursed and nothing seems to go to plan," says our source, "and while Alfie tries to do the right thing, it ends in disaster and the day continues to fall apart. Frustrated Kat finally flips and announces to heartbroken Alfie that the wedding's off."

Kat is comforted by Elaine Peacock and Yolande Trueman, while Alfie ends up receiving guidance from an unlikely local.

Calming down after their emotional confrontation, Kat and Alfie agree to talk ? can the wedding be saved? Or is it really over for the Square soulmates?

Jean Slater feels betrayed by family member Kat going into business with her now ex, Harvey Monroe

Kat has done damage control with Jean, explaining that she and Alfie Moon only found out Harvey was their silent partner in the limo business AFTER the deal was done.

Jean sees the press coverage of Kat, Alfie and Harvey's business.

She is furious when the newspaper article incorrectly refers to Harvey's now girlfriend, Kathy Beale as "Mrs Monroe"!

Still furious about the way Harvey cheated on her with Kathy, Jean takes action to try and SABOTAGE their limo business...

Is another Slater family fallout brewing?

Tommy Moon has slowly been falling under the influence of local lad, Joel Marshall

Joel has already shown Tommy a video by a social media influencer who says derogatory things about women.

While catching the tube back to Walford East, Joel asks Tommy to video him on his phone.

But Tommy has no idea of Joel's true intentions...

Tommy is shocked when Joel pretends to fall on a fellow passenger, Isla who he touches inappropriately...

But will unpleasant Joel be stopped in his tracks when Isla reports the lad to station staff?


TUESDAY

There's a shock for Vicki Fowler and her partner, Ross Marshall

The couple were recently caught-up in the fallout involving Ross's teenage son Joel sleeping with Avani Nandra-Hart

Now they've found out that Joel has been stopped by station staff at Walford East station, after inappropriately touching another tube passenger, Isla

While angry Ross demands answers from his son, Vicki is supportive of Isla's decision to report Joel's behaviour.

Vicki hopes the warning will convince Joel to change his ways and understand what he did was wrong.

But is Joel about to lie his way out of another situation?

Kat has been on the receiving end of Tommy's violent side in the past and doesn't want him going down another dark path...

Elaine is ready to let her hair down and drown her sorrows with plenty of prosecco!

Kim Fox Mo Harris , Priya Nandra-Hart , Denise Fox , Honey Mitchell , Suki Panesar and Yolande Trueman join the party!

However, Linda is alarmed when Elaine announces that the drinks are FREE all night!

Then, Linda discovers Elaine has offered to pay for Priya to go on a singles cruise.

Linda is shocked to see ?5,000 has left the Vic's business account!

As Linda is left to deal with Elaine's WILD behaviour, friend Phil Mitchell sees that she is struggling and steps in to help her out behind the bar.

Kat Slater wants Alfie Moon to step-up and support their teenage son, Tommy

Tommy has fallen under the influence of bad lad Joel Marshall

Tommy was shocked when Joel inappropriately touched a female passenger on the Tube.

And manipulated Tommy into filming him do it...

Kat tries to talk to Alfie about her fears for Tommy.

But he suddenly drops some bombshell news:

He needs to go and visit his younger brother, Spencer, in Australia!

Meanwhile, Tommy tries to avoid Joel after what happened on the Tube.

But the lad is left shaken after Joel's stepmum, Vicki Fowler warns him to keep quiet about Joel's crime.

Or else she will implicate Tommy in what happened...

Elaine Peacock (Harriet Thorpe) has a vicious hangover the morning after the night before.

The Queen Vic landlady is still in the bad books with her daughter, Linda Carter, for her reckless behaviour.

Will she remember offering to pay for Priya Nandra-Hart to go on a singles cruise?

EastEnders has revealed a surprise exit story for Alfie Moon next week, as he is forced to quickly leave Walford.

In this week's episodes, Kat and Alfie are preparing for their fake wedding reception to promote their limo business ? with a plan to also get married properly for the third time.

But the iconic couple are set to face a host of obstacles that lead to Kat calling the whole thing off on their big day.

Whether or not Kat and Alfie end up tying the knot again is being kept under wraps for now, but next week the pair will face more drama when Alfie hides a big secret.

With the limo business beginning to gain traction, Jean Slater is furious when she spots that the press coverage suggests that Harvey Monroe's new partner Kathy Beale is "Mrs Monroe".

Alfie tries to cheer up Jean, and he later has to talk her down when she starts sabotaging the business ? and is also distracted by something on his phone.

"Realising how upset Jean still is about her breakup, Alfie promises to be there for her," our insider explains. "But Alfie soon finds himself with another problem when he gets a call from absent Stacey. What does she have to say?"

Meanwhile, Kat is worried about Joel Marshall's influence on Tommy Moon after she finds out about the shocking incident on the tube. She's desperate to talk to Alfie about their son and wants his support, but he has gone AWOL.

She eventually manages to track Alfie down and the pair finally speak ? but she doesn?t feel any better after their tense conversation.

"Kat believes that Alfie isn't being completely honest with her," says our source, "and she broaches the subject of Tommy once more. But Alfie has some big news: he needs visit his brother Spencer in Australia, who is in turmoil."

How will Kat react to Alfie's sudden exit plans, and will she be able to cope with Tommy on her own?

It is likely that Alfie's trip to Australia is to facilitate actor Shane Richie's recent break, where he toured across the UK with Bradley Walsh, Brian Conley and Joe Pasquale in variety show The Prat Pack.

He won't be away from Walford for long, as Shane recently teased that Kat and Alfie are about to be involved in a big new storyline that is set to continue until the end of this year.
