Neighbours favourite Aaron Brennan looks set to meet another new love interest next month. Could this be his big chance to find happiness again after losing his beloved husband David Tanaka?

Our latest spoiler pictures offer a first look at the moment that Aaron connects with a new guy called Colton while on holiday.

After spending the past few weeks supporting friends and neighbours through their problems, it's time for Aaron to put himself first in late May as he heads away for a trip.

It's here that he crosses paths with Colton and they get to know each other better. After misfires when Aaron tried to make things work with estate agent Rhett Norman, can he avoid repeating the same mistakes?

"Aaron backed away from Rhett earlier this year because he felt it was too soon after David's death," our Neighbours source reminds us.

"Although Aaron later changed his mind, it was too late as Rhett had already moved on with somebody else.

"With that door seemingly closed for now, how will things go between Aaron and Colton?"

We are not certain yet. We know that Darcy is there when she falls, but it seems they will not show exactly what happens (initially anyway). We will see him looking down the cliff where she was standing, but we're left wondering - did Amanda fall, or was she pushed? We will have to wait & see whether the truth eventually comes out...

As Amanda's life ends in tragedy, suspicion swirls in Erinsborough

Amanda's sudden death has left daughter Jane (Annie Jones) devastated and Dr Karl determined to find out the truth.

This week in Neighbours, after weeks of tension and uncertainty surrounding Amanda's (Briony Behets) deteriorating mental state, Jane's concerns reached a peak when her mother cancelled their trip to the Dandenongs after an emotional outburst.

Desperate to reconnect, Jane held onto the hope that Amanda's mood might shift again. But, when Amanda vanished without a word, Jane's hope quickly turned to dread.

"Jane worries that her mother has disappeared," Annie, 58, tells TV Week. "She's in a confused frame of mind. Anything could have happened to her."

Jane's anxiety snowballs as calls go unanswered and Amanda is nowhere to be found. In a moment that stops for heart, Jane answers the door to sombre police officer Andrew (Lloyd Will).

"Jane immediately assumes the worst has happened," Annie says. Her instincts are right. Amanda is gone.

Jane, reeling, reflects on their fractured relationship. "Jane misses the mother she wishes she could have had, and now it's too late to rebuild the relationship," Annie says. "She doesn't know what to think, she's profoundly sad."

While the police treat Amanda's death as an accident, Karl (Alan Fletcher) isn't so sure. His suspicions have long circled his troubled nephew Darcy (Mark Raffety) and Amanda's sudden death sharpens his doubts.

"Karl can't shake the niggling feeling that Darcy is up to his old tricks," Alan, 68, tells TV Week. "He's realising that Darcy is driven by a self-interest that makes him capable of anything."

Amanda trusted Darcy. And now, with Amanda death shrouded in confusion, Dr Karl wonders if that trust was her fatal mistake. "
