Is this the same stream that passes under the bridge? That has had a dead body in it and I do not remember anyone worrying about drinking the water then.

Looking at the slurry tank I do not see how anyone could accidentally leave the valve open and walk away. If they did not see the slurry gushing out, they would hear it. Moira should know this, it is now her turn to be turned stupid.
