I'm confused too. We were led to believe that her anger was for Marlon not being open about her mother, and her belief that her mother chose death over her. Now she's in her 4th month, assuming that's right because the baby's kicking. So she had to know, but as you said, she was drinking pretty heavily while pregnant. Hopefully we'll learn more tomorrow.

It looked like her hot chocolate was stolen today and not her wallet, so I think she has a lot of story to go before Foy finds her.

I think by making April pregnant it makes it easier for her to return home. Being pregnant tops the hateful things she said to Marlon, so this allows her to return without having to address her accusations in as much detail. The pregnancy will push everything else into the background at least initially, because he loves her he will more concerned about her recovery and how she got herself into this situation in the first place.
