EastEnders' Cindy Beale makes a bold plan to win back her ex-husband George Knight next week.

The former couple continue to grow closer as they team up following the news that their daughter Anna has been mugged.

Early next week, Cindy's partner Ian fills her in on how Anna was targeted by a stranger while in the queue at fast food restaurant McKlunky's.

Cindy expresses her shock over the incident, but Ian's mum Kathy makes matters worse by spitefully branding her a bad mother.

Jumping into action, Cindy visits The Vic alongside police detective Jack Branning. She urges her daughter to make a statement ? which is backed up by George as a good idea ? but Anna refuses.

Later, Ian apologises to Cindy for Kathy's rude behaviour. He hands over some flowers, but Cindy is dismissive and makes it very clear that Ian isn't her priority at the moment.

Cindy and George visit the Boxing Den to speak to Phil Mitchell and check the CCTV footage for any clues on who Anna's attacker was.

The pair continue to work on plans together, but when Anna arrives at No. 55 to talk to her dad, she's shocked to find him drinking with Cindy.

After Anna leaves, Cindy hopes to use the opportunity to reel George in. George isn't tempted this time and shows her out, but his son Junior is suspicious as he watches from the shadows.

The next day, Cindy decides to step up her attempts to win George back.

After a row with Ian, a purposeful Cindy gets dressed up to the nines and turns up at No. 55 to speak to George.

Back at the Beale house, Ian is desperate to make amends and he waits impatiently with a romantic meal that he has prepared for Cindy. Is he about to be betrayed again?

Speaking about next week's episodes, Michelle Collins ? who plays Cindy ? teased: "She's used the Anna situation to bring them together. When things aren't going right for Cindy, she harks back to the past and what life could have been ? like she's doing with George and Spain.

"But at the end of the day, life wasn't that rosy in Spain. It's like when any of us reminisce, it's only about the good things.

"Cindy thinks that everything will be absolutely fine if she gets back with George. She is really emotional about it. She thinks, 'I'll go around there, I'll manipulate him, and it'll be really easy,' but she's not thinking things through. Cindy never thinks of the consequences of her actions."

EastEnders airs these scenes on Monday, June 3 and Tuesday, June 4.

EastEnders fans will see a new scheme begin next week as Suki and Vinny Panesar team up against Nish.

The mother-son duo deceive the rest of the family after the Panesars decide to give Nish another chance.

Monday's episode (May 27) saw Nish return to Albert Square after three months away. Although Nish received a hostile reception, he soon shocked everyone by announcing that he's dying.

In the coming days, the Panesars fiercely debate whether Nish should be welcomed back into the family fold.

His grandchildren Nugget and Avani both argue in favour of this, which subsequently starts to influence Nish's son Ravi, too.

By the time next week's episodes begin, Ravi is back on Nish's side. Vinny is also outwardly supporting Nish, but Ravi is suspicious that his half-brother isn't being genuine.

Ravi voices his concerns to Nish, who urges him to investigate whether Vinny can be trusted.

Under stern questioning from Ravi, a cool and collected Vinny swears his loyalty and manages to say enough to convince him. Ravi returns to Nish to provide some reassurance, then promises to be there for him no matter what happens.

Shortly afterwards, Vinny and Suki talk privately about Ravi's questions. They stand firm with their secret plan to reclaim the Panesar empire.

The next day, Suki's partner Eve Unwin is sickened when she spots Vinny cosying up to Nish after everything the villain has done in the past.

Eve is unaware of what Suki and Vinny are plotting together, so Suki begs her to stay out of it.

The situation intensifies when Eve has a row with Nish at The Vic. Once again fearing for her plan, Suki drags Eve away and worries that she'll wreck things. Will she tell Eve the truth about what's going on?

Suki and Vinny face further problems when Priya Nandra-Hart also guesses that they're up to something. She tries to fish for information but gets nowhere.

Vinny puts on a show of family unity by inviting Suki and Eve to join him, Nish, Ravi and the grandchildren for a family meal.

Priya is upset to be excluded, so she gatecrashes the occasion and demands to know why she wasn't invited.

Ravi is unhappy and asks Priya not to cause trouble, as this is his chance to get close to his dying father.

Priya continues to tackle the situation her own way by cosying up to Nish, which irritates Ravi further.

Standing firm, Priya accuses the entire family of trying to manipulate Nish. Could she be the one who thwarts Suki and Vinny's plans?

Cindy worries when she learns that Anna has been mugged. She tries to get Anna to make a statement to the police, but Anna refuses. Cindy and George then unite to check the CCTV footage.

Cindy and George grow closer again as they continue to work out ways to help Anna. Anna is shocked to find her dad drinking with Cindy, while Junior is also intrigued when he watches Cindy and George together.

Meanwhile, Ravi fears that Vinny isn't being genuine towards Nish. Nish encourages Ravi to investigate his suspicions, but under stern questioning, Vinny says enough to convince Ravi. Later, Vinny updates Suki on the situation and they privately vow to reclaim the Panesar empire.

Elsewhere, Harvey asks Tommy to help him find Maya online.

Also today, Reiss worries about money after losing a major client.

Cindy is determined to get George back. After a row with Ian, Cindy arrives at Number 55 to see George, dressed to the nines.

Oblivious to this, Ian waits at home with a surprise romantic dinner he has cooked for Cindy.

Meanwhile, Eve is annoyed when Vinny seems to be cosying up to Nish, but Suki warns her to back off. Eve rows with Nish at The Vic but Suki drags her away, fearing that she'll cause trouble.

Elsewhere, Maya returns and confronts Harvey for going through her socials, but she agrees to go for a drink with him. Maya explains that her husband died last year. Maya forgets her hat when she leaves, but when Harvey goes online to message her, he discovers that her account has been deleted.

Also today, Phil agrees to interview Reiss for an accountant job.

Junior receives bad news about his business deal, but George offers to be a silent partner on the project.

Although reluctant to get into business with his dad, Junior agrees to think about it.

Meanwhile, Priya becomes suspicious over Suki and Vinny, but struggles to get the answers that she's seeking. Vinny tries to put on a show of family unity by inviting Suki and Eve to join him, Nish, Ravi and the grandkids for a meal.

Elsewhere, Reiss' interview with Phil doesn't go according to plan. Later, after a heated row with Bianca, Reiss tells Sonia that she needs to order Bianca to leave.

Also today, Jean tries to cheer up Harvey by taking him on a night out with a football theme.

As Junior faces an uncertain future, he decides to agree to George's investment proposal.

Meanwhile, Priya interrupts the Panesar family meal and demands to know why she wasn't invited. Priya cosies up to Nish and she accuses the rest of the family of trying to manipulate him.

Elsewhere, Reiss tells Sonia that he's standing firm on his decision that Bianca has to go. However, the couple soon have bigger things to worry about.
