Emmerdale's Chas Dingle opens up to Aaron

So far no one but Lydia knows that Chas ? who has triple-negative breast cancer ? has decided to have a double mastectomy in a bid to save herself.

As the mum heads to the hospital to see a consultant to talk about her upcoming surgery, back in the village, Vinny and Aaron are having a huge argument.

Aaron is furious. He's found out Vinny has told Chas he's refusing to have BRCA2 test. Without it, he won't know if he has the faulty gene that has led his mum to have the disease that killed her mum, Faith.

Intervening in the lads' row, Lydia tells Aaron his mum is off to hospital for an important appointment.

In the corridor, nerves building, Chas is grateful when her son looms into view.

Relieved to have Aaron's support, she lets her guard down and reveals she's elected to have a double mastectomy.

Will Aaron change his mind and have the test to find out if he's at risk too?

Elsewhere, having been encouraged by Moira and Cain, Nate informs Caleb he wants to have a look at the company accounts.

With Ruby sniping in the background, Caleb agrees but says he'll need to get them in order first.

Later, once Nate has left, Ruby demands to know what Caleb is trying to hide from his nephew who's a partner in his chauffeur business.

Having slept with Nate's wife, is Caleb about to do the dirty on him all over again?

At Smithy, having realised Gus is trying to get one over on her, Rhona vows to do all she can to get Ivy in her care.

    Tuesday

It didn't take Vanessa Woodfield long to tell Suzy that she's up for giving their romance another go now she's back from Vancouver.

And though the exes shared a kiss at Belle and Tom's recent wedding ? crushing Mary's hope of having a thing with Suzy herself ? there's been little more to say on the matter.

But that all changes when Gail hosts a karaoke night in the Woolpack.

Taking to the mic, Vanessa belts out a number which melts Suzy, who goes on to share another snog with the vet breaking Mary's smitten heart in the process.

Will the pair become an official thing again? Is Mary out of the running where Suzy's concerned?

Elsewhere, the mess created by the exposure of Tracy and Caleb's affair is about to get a whole lot messier.

Having tried to prove to Caleb that he's no pushover, Nate's not interested when his uncle tries to talk business with him.

Kim's eyes light up when she picks up on their agg. And after checking that Ruby is still keen to bring down her on-off husband, Kim offers to help the cause.

Soon enough, the scheming Tate has engineered an incident to enrage Nate.

Having clocked Caleb with Tracy, Nate explodes and demands his uncle buy him out of the business.

But when Caleb reveals he can't, Nate employs his fists?

With Caleb having done the dirty on Kim when he first arrived in the village, she's thrilled to see him getting some comeuppance.

But there's plenty more to come.

Nate's revved when Aaron encourages him to get revenge on Caleb. And pretty soon he, Cain and Aaron are hatching a plan to start stealing motors from Caleb's fleet?

    Wednesday

Having got his dad Cain and his cousin Aaron on side, Nate Robinson is finally in a position of power.

He's determined to make Caleb pay for ruining his marriage to Tracy. And he's decided to hit his uncle where it hurts? his bank balance.

As the triumphant trio get rid of the last of Caleb's fleet of cars, Nate reveals there's one last thing to do and that's to take his uncle's beloved Bentley and crush it!

At Mill, Caleb's hopping mad when he finds out his motors have gone and if that wasn't enough of a headache, he's got Ruby going on at him too.

His on-off wife wants reassurance that he's going to steer clear from Tracy from now on, hurt to have discovered their affair was about more than just sex.

With Ruby demanding that he turns Tracy against him, Caleb heads outside only to run into Nate who hands him the badge to his car, revealing that's all that's left of his fancy motor!

As Cain and Aaron loom into view, Caleb realises they're all in on the plan and when Ruby then wades in with a scathing comment, it's about as much humiliation as he can take.

Will Caleb take the hit and accept the payback or will he fight back?

Elsewhere, there's a huge relief for Mack who finds out no charges are being pressed against Charity.

But things are far from fixed. As he goes to hug his fragile wife, she backs away.

    Thursday

There's nothing like making an entrance and that's exactly what Kerry Wyatt does when arrives in the village unexpectedly!

Amy's having a cosy chat with Matty about setting a wedding date when she clocks a police car drawing up and sees her mum getting out of it.

Not only that, but her mum is dressed in a wig, hot pants, fishnets and leather!

Kerry isn't exactly welcomed into her daughter's loving arms, and as the mum starts copping it from Amy, PC Swirling exits, leaving them to it.

It turns out that Kerry's been booted off the cruise ship she was working on, having been accused of stealing jewellery.

Amy's horrified to think the loveable rogue in her mum is rearing its head again.

Has Kerry been up to no good or has she been falsely accused like she makes out?

There's a lot for the pair to work through, that's for sure.

Can Amy forgive her mum for not returning sooner when it all kicked off between Chloe, Mack and Charity?

And will the mum be seeking revenge on Mack for hurting her youngest daughter?

Down the road, Caleb's got his work cut out with his insurers in the wake of Nate's car stealing spree.

As the entrepreneur tries to recoup his losses, Ruby makes matters worse, insisting that he makes sure Tracy stuffs up her presentation about her nursery business.

Knowing Ruby wants him to prove where his loyalties lie, what will Caleb do?

Charity puts on a brave face as she spends time with the kids. Will Mack understand and support her? Is this a babystep in the right direction for the troubled couple?

    Friday

The King family have been in bits since Angel revealed she was driving the stolen car when passenger Heath Hope died.

And next week, the underage teenager, who's 14, will face her fate in court.

At the Kings', the mood is tearful and tender as the family cling together knowing it's likely Angel will get a custodial sentence.

As Nicola tries to put on a brave face for her terrified daughter, resolving to make the most of their time together, her heart breaks.

Can Nicola, who wears her heart on her sleeve, manage to keep it together?

Kerry's back in the village and wastes no time in telling Charity exactly what she thinks of her for the pain she and Mack inflicted on her daughter Chloe.

Will Kerry's attack ruin the progress fragile Charity's made with her post-traumatic stress disorder? How much does she know about Charity's killer clash with Chloe's gangster dad Harry?

Elsewhere, it's all smiles for Vanessa who's loving being back together with Suzy while Vanessa's sister Tracy feels as if her world is crumbling around her.
