After an incredibly intense season, one would think it couldn't get any more nerve wrecking. However, Home and Away is gearing up for a massive season finale week for 2023.
There will be a few major plot lines coming in the season finale, including a deadly health condition, a camping trip gone wrong and a life-threatening motorbike crash.
Recently, the residents of Summer Bay have rallied around Mackenzie Booth (Emily Weir) while she recovered from heart surgery following her diagnosis with Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection.
However, fate strikes twice. Mac was found unresponsive at home and was rushed to hospital for the second time.
"This is exactly why she should have stayed in hospital," a stressed Dr Levi says in the promo.
Doctor Levi Fowler (Tristan Gorey) preps Mac for emergency treatment and while he managed to save her life the first time, can she really survive two heart attacks?
Meanwhile, Cash Newman (Nicholas Cartwright) whisks his girlfriend, Eden Fowler (Stephanie Panozzo) away on a romantic camping trip.
Sleeping under the stars in a tent, collecting firewood, Eden tries her hardest to embrace the camping lifestyle. When Cash finds a tick burrowed into her neck.
Eden sneaks off to call bandmate and best friend Remi Carter (Adam Rowland), asking him to come pick her up.
"I am done. Come and pick me up, now," she says angrily, when she is caught on the phone by Cash.
The promo shows Remi racing down the road on his motorbike, the unthinkable happens? Remi is struck by an oncoming car.
A heartbreak seems to be on the horizon for Felicity and Tane supporters, as a devastated Tane says: "I still love you, Felicity. But it doesn't mean we can be together." But is this truly the end?
Their relationship isn't the only one pulled into question, not long ago Leah postponed her wedding to Justin. After suffering from paranoia, panic attacks and sleepless nights, can their relationship be mended?
"Life's weird hey," Justin says. "One minute your planning a wedding, the next?"
The Home and Away season finale for 2023 will air Monday 27, November to Wednesday November 29, with Wednesday's episode being a 90-minute special.
