I would imagine that the insurance money would get the pay out and the client would need to negotiate a new deal

Thinking about this again, I imagine if Tom was still paying his monthly fee, the leasing company would give him another car, yet Tom has not had a car since it was stolen. There would certainly be no money left over for a deposit on a house. This being written as if Tom owned the car. Major forget by the writers
