So The Plumber return the money to daft Paul but he's ?70 short of the money that was donated. Forget it says Paul. Why is he ?70 short? He's a plumber who had just been paid for a job

Unless he was paid cash in hand he probably has not been paid yet. When dealing with businesses you usually need to invoice and payment should be within 30 days. Altho as a plumber he should have a bit of money in the bank, unless he is not a very good plumber.
