My son was expecting a small package today. The company texted him to say it would arrive between 2:30 and 3:30. At 2:15, a delivery van arrived and a woman got out and knocked on the door. She said she had a package for him but couldn't deliver it yet as the delivery spot was for 2:30 to 3:30, so she went and sat in her van till 2:30, when she got out and delivered it!

Maybe they are all timed and if she finishes too soon, she might be penalised??? Although of course getting stuck in traffic somewhere could ruin all that anyway .....
