    I think Ronnie sold her share to fund the Gym (not too sure if it was to Phil or Janine), Roxy sold her share to Janine in spite of Phil and then Jannie sold her share to Phil to try and buy the Vic. Also, Sharon had a share in R&R which she sold back to Phil to help fund the Albert.
