Just watched last night episode, excellent acting and the story I felt was superbly written, I am sure all the actors really enjoyed filming it, loved Val she is sadly missed on the series, DrPlot's acting was actually better last night as was PD.
I will not write war and peace as there is a lot of great summaries on here.
I am however, somewhat surprised that the much shouted about kiss in front of the Dingle family didn't seem to happen with Aaron and DrPlot.
As much as it was very very obvious Aaron and Robert are totally and completely in love with each other Robert needs to let Aaron go, Aaron however wanted Robert back but when Robert was letting him go he took control and did not want Robert to control that decision hence the "I want to be with DrPlot" I will therefore be interested to see how Aaron behaves after he has sex with DrPlot but it cannot be too bad as they are still together on the 5th January.
Overall I loved the episode for its clever script and superb acting but IM telling us it brings Robron back together did not come through for me, they are now over and moving on with life but want to be friends - interesting times ahead but for me complete spin and untruths from Emmerdale to keep us engaged so rather annoying. I do feel them becoming a couple immediately would not have worked but last night they could have started the road to that happening e.g. Aaron dumping DrPlot, Robert saying they take it slow, no moving in together, no sex just time together etc .... instead we will get more of the same Whites/PD/DrPlot - I really hope we see Robron start to come together soon otherwise rigamortis will set in.
