Gemma is wracked with guilt and decides to hand herself in, but will Lily survive?
Meanwhile, Roy Ellison's wife Denise and other son Scott arrive at the ED to visit him, only to find he has deteriorated. When their behaviour becomes unacceptable, events soon spiral out of control.
