Lily convinces a wife to be honest with her husband that she doesn’t want a baby anymore and therefore doesn’t want to continue with IVF.
Rita helps a man change his stubborn attitude after he refuses to tell people he has a neurological disease as he doesn’t want to appear weak, and he later purposefully eats something before surgery, which forces the surgeons to postpone.
Lily’s exhausted. She faints while treating a patient and falls asleep on the way home from work. Dixie gives Iain a verbal warning.
