Right this is the second part of the awards: Member of the Year 2013

The 6 members who received the most votes from the awards go forward to this part of the awards.

So even if you didn't win an award but because you were nominated so much in them you are put forward to this bit. Usually we have 5 members for this poll but there was a tied vote so I have increased the number to 6 members.
