Hollyoaks Spoilers 28th March -31st March

The first day of the rape trial has finally arrived. Gilly is brought into the court and nervously looks on as Jacqui is sworn in. The prosecutor, Wharmby, begins to question Jacqui and as she gives her evidence we relive the nightmare with her as she describes how Gilly raped her.

Next, it's the defence's turn and as Talbot begins her questioning, Jacqui is confronted by a past event that shakes her original testimony to the core and we're left wondering if her account of that night can be believed.

Meanwhile, Ruby tries to score some drugs for Sinead and Esther, only to be dumped by Ricky via text. Will Ricky live to regret it?

Elsewhere, Cindy continues to make Tony's life hell as she spots a humiliating promotional opportunity at Chez Chez.

    30th March

It is Gilly's day in court. As he recounts his version of events we relive it too - the night when two consenting adults took comfort in each other's arms. His testimony is just as compelling as Jacqui's, but Gilly buckles under cross-examination and ends up looking guilty.

Soon afterwards, the last witness has Jacqui squirming. Has a past mistake she'd rather forget made her look like a vengeful liar?

Later, Jacqui refuses the support of her wayward father just when she needs someone most, while Gilly confronts what he's lost. And Rhys finally chooses a side…

Meanwhile, at HCC, Ruby and Sinead guilt trip a reluctant Esther into helping her get revenge on Ricky. But will their plan backfire?

Elsewhere, Cindy snares Noah a date with Ste, but will sparks fly?

    31st March

The trial is nearing its end and tensions are high.

As the barristers begin their summing up, the jury prepares to deliberate…

Meanwhile, Ste and Noah have had a great night but is Ste ready to be openly gay?

Elsewhere, Ricky enlists Duncan's help to prove he was set up, but can Duncan go against his own sister?
