I think Archie is great personally. He is a very manipulative person. We've seen what he did to Ronnie and Peggy. He wants his own way all the time and is prepared to do anything to get it. This plotline with Archie and the Mitchells is so poor. I've just completely lost what the hell is going on. I've never got the intention behind why Archie appears to be so evil and why he just wants to make everyone's life a misery. I thought he wanted Peggy back but why is he wanting them to pay now? I am so lost
As far as wanting the Mitchells, including Peggy, to pay, the reason is because they gave him back the money he had given them to free Sam so that he wouldn't come and stay at the Vic.
