if you nearly got a B last year in biology im sure youll be able to get it this year! also sometimes if youre just off of a grade the uni will accept you anyway so dont worry about it too much

Don't forget about your coursework. If you do well on that and in the module that it is for, then you shouldn't need to worry too much.
