I'm not sure about Alzheimer's and bladder control. It is certainly possible in the latter stages of the disease when the person has no idea who they are or what's happening. I can't remember how old you said he was but when dogs get old things don't work as well as they should do. A bit like humans, arthritis, joint pain, incontinence etc are all signs of getting old.

Disorientation, seizures and bladder control problem all point to something neurological.

I hope you have pet insurance, it could prove to be very costly.
