Max Beesley has apparently bagged a role in new ITV1 drama Talk To Me.
The actor will play a DJ who becomes embroiled in a tricky love triangle with the girlfriend of his best friend.
The role will see him starring alongside Joseph Millson, who plays Jason James in EastEnders. Laura Fraser will play Max's love interest.
Max - who shot to fame with his first major acting role in TV series The History Of Tom Jones, A Foundling in 1997 - will be seen in Talk To Me when it airs this summer.
The 36-year-old has been racking up the acting jobs in recent years, appearing in projects in both the UK and the US.
In Britain, he is best known as the star of TV series Hotel Babylon and BBC Three medical drama Bodies. He has appeared in movies such as Mariah Carey's Glitter and Hotel.
