Too much panto and far too much Alfie, the Kat and Alfie stuff is so rinse and repeat. However now we have got that over with we can move onto the main event. The only decent bit was Shirley over hearing Janine and Scarlett.

The only good thing about the Panto scenes in EastEnders was, it wasn't as bad and woeful as the Coronation Street play scenes which was a new low in British soap.
