did audrey nominate stephen? he was named about the will over the others

I thought that Audrey had scrapped the idea of giving Stephen power of attorney and he had forged her signature on the documents.
She also said she was leaving nothing to Stephen in her will as he was doing well in his business and did not need any of her money.
