Victims of domestic abuse are usually too frightened to report attacks ... Some suffer for years and so many die when they attempt to leave the relationship or have just managed to get away but their former partner tracks them down. To play this realistically, they will show Rhona much more frightened yet and of course, abusers manage to convince their victims into believing it is all their fault, that they have themselves to blame for the violent outbursts . ..

the last rapist lisa attacker got off and lachlan too for what he did to alicia, it is like emmerdale don't give legal punishment to rapists although gordon did go down

Good to see Rhona reporting this attack. She was so brave! Hope she gets all the support she needs.
