My theory is that Ross does a job to raise money for Sarah which goes wrong and he ends up with people after him. Hence why they head for the airport. I'm probably wrong though, but its fun to guess.

So Cain sacks Ross for the 50th time, seriosuly Emmerdale be more original!

I will never be able to understand why Ross has never stood up to Cain, yes he winds him up and he's a lot less scared off him than most but Cain ALWAYS wins.

He started off as a thug stealing cars but then they have turned Ross into a thug-wannabe. They've gone backwards. It makes no sense especially as Ross was popular in 2015 when he did bad stuff.

He's become cowardly or the writers are refusing to expand on his scenes where he can get the upper hand.
