Why would Harriet be suspicious of Laurel not drinking at her Hen party if she's an ex alcoholic who doesn't drink anymore?

Is Daniel the son of Pearl?
Inside Soap says that Pearl sets up blind date, Daniel, for Harriet in the pub and they get on well (Mon 14 Mar). Daniel is a customer at the vets'.
Nothing further is mentioned so it may just be the start of a general blind dating storyline for Harriet with just Daniel or other men?

Emmerdale's Charity Dingle plays her ace card tonight (March 14) in a furious row with Ross Barton.
Charity (Emma Atkins) finds herself on the back foot when Ross discovers that she's been blackmailing his mum Emma, but it only takes seconds for her to fight back with a brand new plan that leaves him terrified.
Appalled by Charity's recent behaviour, Ross (Michael Parr) confronts her outside The Woolpack and warns her to leave Emma alone if she knows what's good for her.
Not prepared to be pushed around so easily, Charity tells Ross that Debbie has told her the truth about Robert's shooting, and she'll make sure he rots away in a prison cell unless he cooperates with all of her demands. Ross certainly didn't see that one coming, so has he been backed into a corner?

Cain questions Charity
Cain (Jeff Hordley) is far from impressed when the police come calling to report that the garage's truck was seen close to the jewellers that was targeted yesterday.
It doesn't take long until Cain figures out exactly what went on between Charity and Ross, so he corners her at the pub and tries to warn her off from carrying out any similar stunts.
Cain is hopeful that he's put Charity (Emma Atkins) back in her place, but when his wife Moira later teases him about how tame he's become, is there a chance that he'll start to think differently about his ex's dangerous games?
Emmerdale airs tonight at 7pm on ITV.
