Is Leah's house getting rebuilt

There was a bit of a discussion about this under the Aust Spoilers 15 - 18 Feb thread, tammyy2j. While there are some theories about whether they might use Leah's house again as a set, the bottom line is we don't really know at this stage.

So Hunter does admit the truth about the fire. I wonder if he'll face any consequences at all? Even if Leah and Zac forgive him, he's allowed Billy to take the blame for his actions. I find the whole mess unforgivable.

AUST PACE!

Before Hunter publicly admits to starting the fire (& gets Billie off the hook), he tells Olivia that not only did he start the fire, but he also stole the safe from the Diner. Everyone else only knows about the fire at this point, so it will be interesting to see if Olivia (or Hunter himself!) ever spills the beans about the safe - probably not!. What will people's reactions be if they knew about that as well!! As for consequences for Hunter, I think it has already been mentioned that he is still filming, so there probably won't be any prison term (maybe a suspended sentence??), more likely just a good behaviour bond or community service type thing (plus possibly repaying money to Leah, from his mother's life insurance policy?).
