Katie and Andy move their belongings into the caravan at Wylie’s Farm. Andy is delighted when Robert asks him to be his best man, but Katie warns Robert that she is not fooled. When the caravan goes up in flames, she is sure that she knows who is behind it. Aaron is left in turmoil as Robert tells him that the wedding does not necessarily mean the end of their relationship and implores him to call the whole thing off, telling him that he loves him. When Robert refuses, Aaron texts Katie – has he given her the ammunition she needs? Chrissie quizzes Lachlan about his new girlfriend as he arrives to babysit Jacob, but when Alicia and David head out, he takes a knife from the kitchen drawer – what is he up to? Pete agrees to join Emma, Ross and Finn for tea, but the family reunion is short-lived when DC Halton arrives to question Ross – and Emma is puzzled by the fact that the police have Ross’s fingerprints on record. Leyla is shocked to hear that Katie is selling the house to Rodney and Georgia, but Rodney is not sure about the deal and pulls a fast one. Val enjoys playing matchmaker between Tracy and Sam, but he is less than convinced that they have a future together. As the guests wait in the village church there is still no sign of the groom. Andy goes looking for him – what is he about to discover?

I have a feeling it is deja vu again that Andy will discover katie once again cheating or trying to sleep with Robert. Remember Kate oates suggested Katie exit might be more about Andy than Robert.

Emmerdale couple Katie and Andy Sugden will see their future go up in flames next month as the caravan they have bought is set alight.

The devastating incident will come just when the pair are hoping to make a fresh start as they celebrate their move to the farm.

In the build-up to the fire, Katie (Sammy Winward) makes the mistake of taunting Andy's brother Robert as she continues to threaten him.

Still convinced that Robert is having an affair with a mystery person, Katie warns him that she will make it her mission to become as friendly as possible with his fiancée Chrissie White.

A furious Robert takes Katie's taunts as a threat, knowing that she wants to find a way to turn Chrissie against him for good.

When Robert heads off in an angry mood, it's not long before Katie and Andy (Kelvin Fletcher) realise that the caravan at Wylie's Farm is ablaze.

Having moved all of their belongings into the caravan, the pair watch on in horror as the fire leads to an explosion and their plans for the future are ruined.

Although Katie is adamant that Robert was behind the blaze in the aftermath, she struggles to convince anyone that he was responsible. The incident leaves Katie more determined than ever to get revenge on Robert, but what will she do next?

The dramatic scenes all play out as part of Katie's final week on the show following Sammy Winward's decision to leave.
