On Neighbours, Toadie's mother Angie Rebecchi returns to Ramsay Street unexpectedly and quickly causes a stir.

Angie (Lesley Baker) arrives in Erinsborough for her new granddaughter Nell's naming day, unaware that the happy event has been cancelled by Toadie (Ryan Moloney) and Sonya (Eve Morey) out of respect for Vanessa Villante's current situation with baby Patrick.

Now that she's made the journey, Angie makes it clear that she'll be sticking around for a while, wanting to spend some time with Nell.

Tensions soon rise as Angie clashes with Sonya over their different parenting styles. To make matters worse, Angie also lets slip the reason for the naming day cancellation in a conversation with Vanessa.

Fuming over Angie's lack of tact, will Sonya be able to remain polite with her future mother-in-law?

Neighbours airs these scenes on Tuesday, March 12 at 1.45pm and 5.30pm on Channel 5.

Neighbours favourite Lou Carpenter receives a nasty shock later this month as he disturbs a burglar at home.

The worrying incident comes just a few days after Lou's daughter Lauren Turner and her family have moved into Number 32.

Arriving home one afternoon, Lou (Tom Oliver) is confused to see that the living room has been mysteriously trashed, but he soon realises that he's in a dangerous situation when he suddenly spots a man in a balaclava.

Keen to make his escape, the intruder pushes Lou over and rushes out.

Lou is okay, but with the Turners still seeming slightly cagey about the problems they faced back in Mount Isa, was this more than just a random break-in?

Neighbours airs these scenes on Friday, March 15 at 1.45pm and 5.30pm on Channel 5
