What did you think of Davina's interview?

Danielle, jo and jack (why does he rarely get mentioned he has the worse attitude of them all) Are far worse than Jade in terms of racism...however Jade has been a vicious bully. I'm not sure if I believe that whole she's not a racist thing, that name piss take was the only thing I heard from her so I may be inclined to believe she is not generally a racist...YET she still deserves to get crap because of the bullying. She instigated most of it... I agree with whoever said it focused too much on racism...that should be saved for the others.

As regards to the white trash thing, yes jermaine should have been called on it. The reason I think he wasn't was because apparently what he actually said was something along the lines or "in america they are what would be refered to as white trash". Plus the whole white trash Phrase is one coined by white people to refer to the class of a person not by another race to degrodise white people...still not acceptable but it doesn't carry the same connotations so maybe that's why its seen as generally less offensive. Thing is jade goody, her family and her minions have behaved like trash...if he had said they are trash most would have agreed. All he has done now is give ammunition to people who like to write into papers and say things like "white people don't over react to everything like coloured people do" and now people who are so inclined to give jade and her gang justification...even though shilpa never said anything.

Yeah, I'd pretty much agree with that, even though what Jermaine said is still derogatory but it is the equivalent of saying chav scum. I just don't see the need to append 'white' to it. As for Danielle I would say she was the instigator whereas Jade was the more aggressive bully.

I really don't give a **** if someone is black, brown, white, yellow or pink. Its their character and actions that count.

It was so scripted it was unbelievable. So obvious Jade had been coached. I've studied enough NLP to know when a person is lying and Shilpa was definitively lying in the BB chair.

The interview focused too much on the racism. Not enough of the bullying was talked about. I was right about the references to the curries and black people being made

I agree with you there. It was so obviously scripted, and she knew exactly what to say. And her so called "remorse" was so fake, IMO as well. She didn't seem at all surprised at everything that had happened, so surely thats proof about what a pointless interview this was, because of the over-scripting?

The only reason Davina came across well is probably because of the scripting. They would have gone through what she would say and how she would say it hundreds of time, but usually, her personality comes through 100%, and its just her. This wasn't her speaking, but her saying what the producers wanted her to, to save their backs.

At one point during the interview Davina interrupted Jade and said "Be careful you don't say something you might regret". That summed the whole thing up for me.

Unfortunately I don't think this is the end for Jade though - she's worth too much money to too many people to let a little thing like being a vile bully stand in the way of her career.

i honestly thought jade was going to walk off at one point.

Davina did give her a bit of a hard time but then she deserved it. Jade should stay out the lime light now and accept her career is over

I think if Davina was given the chance she would have been a lot harder on Jade as she was questioning her a lot about the bullying. But she would have been working from a scripted and had to ask the questions that were written down, so from that angle Jade did get off lightly from the interview and I agree that she was informed before the eviction on what was ahead of her. I don't think Jade is a racist but she was a bully. the media is claiming it started over a fight over the oxo cubes, but credit to Davina she was right when she said that the bullying started last week when Carole went, as we seen both Jade and Danielle given Shilpa a hard time.

Channel 4 and the makers of BB need to have a long hard look at themselves over the damage they have done to not one persons live but all of the housemates. They had more than one opportunity to call Jo and Danielle to the diary room for her comments about Shilpa going home and not been able to speak english. (Of course she has a cut glass pronoucation herself) as well as given Jermaine a warning for his comments, but no they let it escalate because the more publisity the more dosh for them.

Now it the time to see who the real fakers in the house are. It would not surprise me if Jo, Danielle and Jack start trying to become best buddies with Shilpa as they know they are going to get so much crap when they get out of the house. They should have to answer the same way Jade did but somehow I can't see it. All four of them should have been evicted during the week.

I think she couldnt of done it any better, she was clam and asked questions that needed asking as well as preparing Jade for simillar questions that she would of been asked by press.
