    She gets a bit bored with work.

    Noah is being a total pratt.

    Meanwhile Dawn wants Billy to adopt Lucas. Doesn't she understand that she would no longer be his legal parent. She hasn't thought this through.

    Why would Dawn not be the legal parent of her son if Billy adopts him???

    When you adopt someone, you become the parent and the birth parents are no longer the parent.

    The only legal way is for Dawn and Billy to adopt him, but ITV obviously don't know this.

    Does Marlon only have one tenant (Ryan) in his house now or has he moved into the pub.
    Isn't his mate Paddy looking for somewhere to live with his family?
    Where is Bear and Faith living?

    Don't think that applies if you marry the birth mother. You and her become legal guardians

    You know the UK Justice System is in a state, when prison officers ask prisoners if they are ready to go to court. Wondering what happens if they say "No".

    [QUOTE=Dennis tanner;974690]Yes it does apply.[/Q

    Not if the birth father gives his consent, and sometimes even if he doesn't according to Gov.uk

    Adoption without your consent
    A court can decide the adoption can go ahead without your consent if:

    it thinks the child would be put at risk if they were not adopted - it will send you the evidence they have been given, for example from social services
    you?re incapable of giving consent, for example due to a mental disability
