    Chas and Marlon lost the pub because it was not making money. So why on earth would Charity buy it and spend a lot of money making wheelchair friendly, and expect to make a profit, especially with someone like Mack as manager. I cannot remember seeing many disabled people in the village since Chris Tate. In theory, being set in the Yorkshire Dales, there should be a lot of passing trade from tourists, but we do not see many of them in the pub, just walking with their backpacks or cycling down the main street. More sensible for Charity to have stuck with the Haulage Company.
