no she signed the adoption petition prior to the Court granting the adoption order, and that is the end of her involvement or rights - it is a legal document to say she wont change her mind

and why did none of the three adults know the basics of CPR??!!

if anyone else was involved in genie's death the dingles would be demanding justice and taking the law into their own hands but because it is debbie nada done and she is quickly forgiven for poisoning the booze that belle drank too
