We had a mad woman claiming to be a qualified nurse with 10 years experence in intensive care sitting with her boots on the bed.

Not a very good fire investigator. - Even in a very fierce fire there would evidence of the timer, the plastic would melt but the metal pins of the plug would still be in place in the wall socket. Likewise the gas taps on the cooker, the metal valve stems would be in the on position. I find it hard to believe they could not determine how it started, if there was no accelerant used, only gas could have cause such a large explosion.

Does Meena always carry a syringe full of some toxic substance, on the off chance she might need to finish someone off.

Came out of the fire scene with freshly applied make up and not even a spot of soot on her.

Was just air in the syringe but could be deadly
