    I cannot imagine Tom just meekly accepted being arrested with a cheery "it's a fair cop, guv, you got me bang to rights". Pretty sure there would of been a bit of shouting, "it's not me, it's her" going on.

    The writers should used some of the imagination they use to write faux drama to come up with something better than that. Yes, Dennis , very lazy. 1 out of 10 for effort.

    It's not, but I still think yesterday's episode should have been more high octane than it was, especially as trials in soaps are usually a bit of a let down, apart from the usual shouting at the judge.

    If he has any sense, now he knows Tom's true colours, he will run a mile.

    I seem to remember Tom has something on him but cannot remember what.

    I don't think it was ever revealed... Ollie wanted Tom to find a different solicitor but Tom threatened him with exposing something he knows about Ollie if he did not continue to be his solicitor..
