As the judge said he also committed house breaking and attacked her holding her down on the floor, which is common assault, which was the reason for the custodial sentence.

Maybe this shortened his sentence. I agree with the judge that his victim will probably suffer for the rest of her life because of his actions.

Based on what I have seen of her since Noah was arrested, I disagree with the judge.

I don't know many who do have that father/son talk tbh. It's not a good excuse really. Showing girls respect or anyone for that matter, should come naturally, but sadly it doesn't.
