The Slaters are throwing a New Year's Eve party. Jean worries that Harvey might get cold feet about their reunion, while Stacey has the opposite concerns when she spots Harvey showing Martin a ring-sized box.
Stacey worries that Jean might say yes if Harvey proposes, but are they on the right track over his plans?
Eve tries to befriend Nish during the party, but the celebration takes an alarming turn when she later collapses.
Lily and Jean also become unwell and lose consciousness. Paramedics arrive and share the news that there has been a carbon monoxide leak. Stacey is left desperate with worry as she sits by Lily's side at the hospital.
Meanwhile, Phil's good mood on New Year's Eve doesn't last for long and he ends up delivering a serious threat.
Elsewhere, Ricky asks Sam to come to Germany with him. Things become steamy between the pair, but Sam faces a decision when she later receives a text from Phil.
Also today, Zack tells Whitney that he has been offered the job of a lifetime.

Phil feels triumphant again and organises a celebratory lunch for the Mitchells, but not everyone is so happy. With things appearing to go well, Phil makes someone a very generous offer.
Kat complains to Alfie about Phil's behaviour creating a big mess. Later at the club, Billy is shocked by some revelations.
Meanwhile, Nish worries that the Slaters will sue over the dodgy boiler.
Elsewhere, Ben tells Nish the deal on The Arches is off, leaving him furious.

Phil is furious when he finds out that he has been double-crossed, so he takes matters into his own hands.
Suki is concerned when she overhears a furious Phil at Sharon's door. Suki tells Nish that it's not a good idea to antagonise the Mitchells and he needs a more subtle approach.
Nish ends up apologising to Ben and Lola for being insensitive over The Arches deal.
Meanwhile, Harvey accuses Nish of trying to divert attention away from the dodgy boiler incident. He publicly humiliates Nish for endangering the Slaters.
