I didn't wake up until 9am this morning. Usually the sun has me awake at 7-8am. Its rather dark still in north Staffs

Don't forget that the clocks change this coming Sunday, at 02.00am on 26th October the clocks go BACK one hour!!

Thanks for the reminder. I've embarrassed myself several times over the years by forgetting and turning up somewhere an hour early or late.
