Her and Sean are supposed to get together. And from what i've read Ruby's pretty smitten with him. I don't think she'd go off with Jake at the same time.

No she hooks up with Sean who she falls deeply fall but he is only after her cash. She fires Jake from the club and puts Sean in charge of the club.

Not heard the bit about her firing Jake and appointing Sean as manager, but i know that she and Sean get together as he's just after her money. He starts to work at the club and gets on with Jake apparently, if i rememeber correctly what i have read.

I think Ruby's making a big mistake! You don't alienate the friends that have tried to help you. I know Jake seems to be interfering a bit too much, but he's a good manager. And to appoint some bloke as manager who's been in the club business for a week is ridiculous. It's not very professional!

Ruby should use her brain a bit more!
