Weighed today and I now weigh 10 stone 8 so I think I must have lost between 4 and 5 lbs this week. Another 3 lbs and ive lost 6 and a half stone.

havent posted on here for ages, but have been reading back through it and would like to say a huge well done to everyone, especially myra, hazey and stevie, youve lost loads!

Abblette, you cant go by other peoples weight when trying to see what a healthy weight is for you. They might be taller or have a smaller build than you. Your best going on the weightwa tchers website or something to check your ideal weight before you decide if your overweight. I weigh 10 stone 8 but I look like I weigh around 9 stone, everyones different.

Totally agree with you on this one.. My ideal weight, one I am happiest with and looks good for me is 9stone.. If I go any lighter than that I just look sick and drawn so I have to maintain that

How is every one doing,with the weight loss, hope you havent gained. Stevie and I start our diet a year ago now and have managed to mantain our weight loss, since we have stopped dieting in ernest. Myra you must be a goal weight now ?.

I've managed to get to 9st 4lbs now though I'm a size 13 lol

14 is too big, but 12 is just a bit too much of the breathe in deeply syndrome still.
