Weighed today and I now weigh 10 stone 8 so I think I must have lost between 4 and 5 lbs this week. Another 3 lbs and ive lost 6 and a half stone.

heya i recently weighed myself aadn well lets just say im not happy and im going to loose some lol, i already go dancing three times a week each got 2 hours and now ive started to go to rounders at luch times at school and im going running with my best friend

why how old are you? im sure you weigh average im just one of those people who can eat anything and not put anything on (lucky me)

Abblette, you cant go by other peoples weight when trying to see what a healthy weight is for you. They might be taller or have a smaller build than you. Your best going on the weightwa tchers website or something to check your ideal weight before you decide if your overweight. I weigh 10 stone 8 but I look like I weigh around 9 stone, everyones different.
