Weight Loss Resolution

My son stephen hasn't posted for a while but he has gone from 23Stone 10lb to 13st 9lbs that is a staggering 10stone 1lb. He looks so good,and the strange thing is he looks even taller than his 6ft 1inchs.So proud of him.

wow. that is alot.. tell he we are all so proud of him and his mum and to keep up the good work.

wow well done,truely pleased for you,the goal weight should be what you are happy with, not what the text book says. I personally think there weights are on the low side and not right for everyone.
