theres been pics of her out shopping still with bump so she hasnt yet!

I hope that she screams the house down during labour and calls Tom Cruise all names under the sun. If someone told me to be silent in labour, I'd have given them a swift kick in the nuts. Id defy any man to push something the size of a watermelon through an aperture the size of a pea and not cry. They think they are dying when they have a cold.

Tom Cruise was shown on GMTV this morning basically saying that Katie Holmes could cry and scream as much as she likes, it's just the medical professionals and others in the room that have to remain silent.
