Help me choose a resort for September

I'm trying to find a resort for my holiday...please help....
Is for two adults and one child, I want a lively resort, I want a All Inclusive hotel thats not to noisey, oh and I want hot weather but not boiling.

I keep looking on the net and in books but their a nightmare to choose from.

My budget's about 1500 roughly and I haven't got a clue on destinations

Sothern France, I cant remember the resort but its really nice in september, quiet but busy.sorry not much help
