    joe mangel is returning for at least 3 months it says on the neighbours website

    i might be wrong but pretty sure it is july in austrailia and around oct here as filming has already begun and it wouldnt have done for october screening

    yes get in never new joe mangel was returning and for 3 months to thats fantastic hes 1 of my all time greatest neighbours characters
