The picture is fine. I've just uploaded it against my own username and its working fine. What browser and version are you using?

Next to your name? Ah, that's an avatar and they are blocked for the time being. What you want to do is Edit Signature in the UserCP and add the image. (You probably need some webspace to hold the image)

ok sorry for the trouble its just i noticed it on someone elses,one person has jake moon next to her name
