    Bruised Rib

    Is there any natural herbs that help bruised ribs heal quicker? from to to - ouch!

    try arnica it is great for just anout all bruises, you can get it from health shops. hope you get better soon!!!!!

    how are the ribs? did you try the arnica?

    haven't been able to get out - but doc says ice pack and then heat treat it. So I've been doing that. I might have to quit my beloved football because too much violence on (and off) the pitch.

    I think it is bruising and not broken - because doc said the pain would be a lot greater - so i am hoping a few weeks i'll be back - in the mean time i can play lots of pacman

    i do try!!! you should see the violence on the pitch when my son plays and he is only 9!!!!!!!! hope it gets better soon

    hey pie_man did u get that injury playing football?
    if u did all u need is the magic sponge, all the physios use on the pitch when a player gets injured. haha. ohh mind u its a spray now, isnt it???

    you could try it, i took it after i had my little girl and it helped me heal faster!! sorry its the only way to discribe it!!!!!!! not the magic spray or sponge!!!! the arnica!!!!
