Emmerdale's Joe Tate becomes the prime suspect in a sinister spiking mystery next week.
The manipulative character stands accused of targeting his own half-brother Noah Dingle in a twisted revenge plot.
Viewers have seen Joe and Noah at odds recently after a mysterious job offer came between them.
Joe put pressure on Noah to accept a new work opportunity in Dubai earlier this month. When Noah turned this chance down, Joe seemed strangely rattled by his decision and lost his temper.
The schemer later resorted to dirty tricks to force Noah's hand, trying to ruin his local reputation with malicious online reviews and stealing his work tools.
Noah recently fought back with his mum Charity to humiliate Joe, angering him further.
This week's episodes have seen Noah stumble out into the road in a disorientated state after being spiked by an unknown culprit.
In next week's follow-up scenes, Noah struggles to remember anything about what happened.
Someone turns up at Home Farm to accuse Joe of engineering the spiking.
Kim Tate steps in to defend Joe, but a seed of doubt has been planted in her mind.
Needing to satisfy her unease over Joe, no-nonsense Kim recruits her cleaner Lydia Dingle to act as her spy until further notice.
Meanwhile, Noah starts to experience flashbacks to the night of the limo crash, which could shed new light on the mystery.
Later, Ross Barton also gets involved by reigniting his ongoing feud with Joe.
When Joe struggles with a dizzy spell, Ross is far from sympathetic as he steps in to grab and threaten him.
A vulnerable Joe is taken off to a barn by Ross and his condition starts to worsen. Will the truth be revealed about who spiked Noah?
Emmerdale airs these scenes on Tuesday, February 25 and Thursday, February 27 on ITV1 and ITVX.

Emmerdale airs tense scenes next week as the villagers who are covering up Anthony Fox's death reach breaking point.
The entire house of cards could come tumbling down already, as the characters involved in the scheme realise that they can no longer trust each other.
Viewers have seen Ruby Fox-Miligan, Caleb Miligan, Aaron Dingle, John Sugden, Cain Dingle and Chas Dingle unite with a pact of silence since Anthony was killed.
Ruby was responsible for the death of her abusive father last month and her husband Caleb immediately stepped in to protect her.
Meanwhile ? wrongly thinking that he'd killed Anthony ? Aaron was supported by his boyfriend John, who got rid of the body.
Chas and Cain were then caught up in the fallout, agreeing to help the others by keeping the secret quiet. Cain even lied to the police to help the group, which backfired when he was later arrested in connection with Anthony's disappearance.
Next week, a crisis meeting is called in the back room of The Woolpack as the co-conspirators need to talk urgently.
For the first time, everyone learns that Caleb ruthlessly tried to frame Cain for Anthony's death. Aaron has been aware of this for a few days, while Monday's limo crash drama saw Caleb come clean to Cain during a heated argument.
As the group bickers again, one person mentions that they should cut their losses by going to the police.
This sparks panic among the others, who fear terrible consequences if the full story comes to light.
Meanwhile, Steph Miligan remains convinced that there's something sinister at play following Anthony's sudden disappearance.
Steph is determined to find out what her parents have been hiding from her, but how far will she go to get to the truth?
Emmerdale airs these scenes on Monday, February 24 and Thursday, February 27 on ITV1 and ITVX.
MONDAY
Aaron Dingle exposes Caleb's betrayal
The group involved in Anthony Fox's murder meet for crisis talks.
Though Ruby delivered the killer blow to her abusive dad, all of them – Aaron, John, Caleb, Cain and Chas – had a part to play in his death.
With police all over the village in the wake of the fatal ice crash, they need to get their stories straight about the OAP's 'disappearance'.
But Aaron's got something he needs to say, dropping the bombshell that Caleb tried to frame Cain for the murder by placing Anthony's tooth in his car and calling the police.
As the group reel in shock, Aaron adds that his uncle threatened to throw he and John under the bus too if he dared to speak out.
In the village hall, vicar Charles leads a vigil, honouring those who died in the ice crash.
Manpreet's among the grieving villagers but is distracted by the arrival of a text message which provokes a strange reaction from the GP.
Elsewhere, Noah Dingle's drugging that fateful night continues to provoke suspicion.
TUESDAY
Kim Tate is given a warning
Though Kim Tate has long been suspicious of Joe, she reckons she's got it covered and has bugged his room.
But what she doesn't realise is that Joe's found out and has used the surveillance equipment to his advantage, ensuring that every conversation he has in his bedroom makes him appear squeaky clean – and that he keeps his affair with married housemate Dawn out of sight.
As Kim is taking a look at the latest footage, she receives a visitor.
They're there to tell her that Joe's as dodgy as they come and when Kim suggests otherwise, the visitor has receipts…
Furious to think that she's been played, Kim isn't about to take this lying down.
Who blows the whistle on Joe? And what proof do they have that he's shady?
Elsewhere, Noah Dingle is still struggling to remember anything concrete about the night he was spiked.
As his brother Joe Tate continues to fuss around him in the wake of his ordeal despite the bad blood between them, what's his game?
Meanwhile, as the co-conspirators in Anthony Fox's murder continue to discuss the cover up of the crime, there's panic as someone suggests coming clean to the police…
WEDNESDAY
Lydia Dingle is tasked with a new job
At Home Farm, Kim Tate is on one.
Having been warned that Joe Tate, who's merrily living under her roof, is as dodgy as they come and pulling a fast one on her, Kim's fuming.
Realising that her current surveillance plan isn't working, as Joe has found out she's bugged his room, Kim changes tack and recruits a spy.
Cue Lydia, Kim's cleaner and best mate. The most unassuming spy the world has ever seen, which makes her perfect for the job.
As Joe Tate is lulled into a false sense of security, will he suss? Or is he about to fall into Kim's Lydia-shaped trap?
In the cafe, Rhona and her stepdaughter April talk.
With April still struggling in the wake of her shocking stillbirth and stint on the streets, the teenager needs as much support as her loved ones can give her.
April Windsor has been living on the streets since Christmas
While Marlon is finding his daughter's plight and needs hard to navigate, Rhona fares better with April, who's grateful for her stepmum's input.
THURSDAY
Joe Tate is in trouble when Ross grabs him
The net is closing in on Joe Tate.
At Home Farm, as Kim Tate inches closer towards exposing him, she's unaware that one of his secrets is staring her in the face. Her married stepdaughter Dawn who's been having a torrid affair with him.
Is Kim going to find out about the cheats – and Joe Tate's other shady activities?
Joe panics when Noah Dingle has another flashback to the night of the limo crash. This one is the most illuminating so far…
Is his brother about to find out what Joe was up to that night?
Having a right day of it, later, Joe is suffering another of his mysterious dizzy spells, Ross Barton lynches him.
Threatening Joe, Ross takes him to an empty barn, determined to get truth out of him.
But with Joe's health on the wane, will he survive his ordeal with Ross? And will Ross get the answers he's looking for?
At Smithy, April has come to a decision.
Though she's been keen to distance herself from her stillbirth ordeal, the teenager has decided she wants to register her baby daughter's birth.
As Marlon and Rhona process April's call to action, the parents are stunned when she goes on to add that she wants to return to school, as well.
Is it too much too soon for April – or just what the troubled teen needs?
FRIDAY
April Windsor attempts a return to school
April Windsor's time on the streets was harrowing, terrifying and tragic.
When the troubled teenager made the decision to vanish from her family home in Emmerdale at Christmas, she had no idea how bad things would get as living life as a rough sleeper.
The teenager's naivety soon gave way to a hardened shell as knock after knock took its toll.
Now, as brittle April tries to assimilate herself back into 'normal' life, she returns to school.
But with the teenager needing love, compassion and understanding, the cruel corridors of her high school fail to deliver.
In the loos hiding out, April feels lonelier than ever as she hears her peers talking about her.
Will the harsh experience ruin the progress she's made?
Elsewhere, Jacob tries to drown out his pain.

I read a good theory of what might have happened to Noah and his drink being spiked. I didn't watch this closely, but someone said that Jacob's mate brought over a drink for Belle that Noah drank instead. If that's true, he meant to roofie and assault Belle, but Noah was drugged instead.
